A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. For the purposes of this policy, a Consumer means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form, although this is not mandatory.

If you use this online facility, we will promptly provide you with an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email), including the contents of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

If you make use of this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal (for example, by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Note regarding the original packaging:
Please handle the goods and their original packaging with care. Damage to or destruction of the original packaging – particularly sealed or shrink-wrapped collector's packaging – may result in a reduction in the item's value. If, as a result, the goods can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the resulting loss in value, as permitted by applicable law (Section 357a of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision made by the Consumer, or that are clearly personalized to meet the Consumer's individual requirements.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
The right of withdrawal also expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not residents of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
Unless otherwise agreed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services relating to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal is also excluded for contracts relating to the sale of tickets for leisure events scheduled to take place on a specific date or within a specified period.
General Information
Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging together with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage by using appropriate packaging.
Please do not return the goods carriage unpaid.
Please note that compliance with the recommendations set out in Sections 1 and 2 above is not a prerequisite for the valid exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.
