What does pre-ordering mean?
When you pre-order a product, you reserve an item that is still in the supply chain. This secures your place in the first delivery batch – without waiting in line.
When will I receive my order?
As soon as we receive the goods from the manufacturer, your order will be processed and shipped immediately. Please refer to the product description for the estimated delivery date, or contact us directly.
When do I pay?
Payment is only due when we ship your order – not at the time of pre-ordering. There is no financial risk for you.
New releases may be delayed due to manufacturer scheduling. We will notify you of any changes to the planned delivery date.
